Do you guarantee career promotion or specific income from your courses?
No. We teach career-oriented AI work skills and structured methods for billable professional work. Completion does not guarantee promotion, income, profit or business results. AI Income Career is not a recruitment agency, get-rich-quick scheme or investment product. We provide vocational training in AI tools, prompt engineering and service packaging — outcomes depend on your market, effort and existing professional context. Any reference to income growth or career income upside describes educational goals, not promised results.
What prerequisites do I need?
Basic computer literacy and professional work experience. No coding background required for most modules. Module 01 assumes no prior AI tool experience. Later modules recommend completion of Foundations or equivalent familiarity with ChatGPT or Copilot. You should have a laptop capable of running modern browsers and access to at least one AI tool subscription for practice.
Are courses online or in-person?
Primarily in-person at our Marina Bay studio with hybrid options for selected modules. Self-paced modules are online with optional live Q&A. Corporate workshops can be delivered at your premises. We believe hands-on AI workflows practice benefits from facilitator feedback in the room.
What is the cohort size?
Maximum twelve participants for standard cohorts to ensure individual feedback on AI-assisted deliverables. Weekend intensives may accommodate up to sixteen. Corporate groups are sized separately based on your requirements.
What are corporate pricing ranges?
Corporate AI income training typically ranges from S$4,800 for a half-day introduction to S$12,000 or more for multi-day customised programmes. Pricing depends on participant count, customisation depth and materials licensing. Request a proposal via our contact form.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund minus S$50 admin fee if cancelled fourteen or more days before module start. Fifty percent refund between seven and thirteen days. No refund within seven days of start except for medical emergencies with documentation. Transfers to a later cohort permitted once, subject to availability.
How do you handle personal data under PDPA?
We collect only data necessary for enrolment, communication and course delivery. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods, your access rights and PDPC contact information. Form submissions require explicit consent checkbox — never pre-checked.
What do your courses NOT include?
We do not offer get-rich-quick programmes, guaranteed income schemes, crypto or forex trading, MLM structures, executive MBA credentials, or fake OpenAI partnership claims. We do not provide investment or financial advice. Training focuses on vocational AI skills for professional contexts only.
What is your AI tool usage policy in class?
Participants may use ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and other approved tools during labs. You must comply with each tool's terms of service. Do not input confidential employer or client data without authorisation. Facilitators demonstrate responsible AI use including verification of AI output quality before client delivery.
